1. What Loungr Is

Loungr provides software for watching the live TV and on-demand service you already subscribe to on a television. Loungr does not provide, host, transmit, aggregate, or resell any television channels, video streams, or media content of any kind. The software reads standard playlist and program guide files that you supply from your own streaming subscription.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own streaming subscription from a third-party service.
• Ensuring that your subscription and your use of it comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Any content accessed through the Loungr software using your subscription credentials.

Loungr has no relationship with your streaming service. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party streaming service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Loungr is billed at the published monthly rate, or the published annual rate if you choose yearly billing. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, and that processor's terms also apply to your purchase.

New subscribers may receive a free trial period, shown at checkout. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription when it ends, and your payment method will be charged the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial at any time, at no charge, from your dashboard - see Cancellation below. The trial length is disclosed before you enter your payment details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Hardware

If Loungr provides hardware as part of your subscription, the hardware remains your property. Loungr is not responsible for hardware failures, damage, or loss after delivery. Software updates are delivered automatically and are included in your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the software with any illegal or unauthorized IPTV or streaming service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Loungr software.
• Use the software to redistribute, restream, or publicly perform content.
• Share your Loungr account credentials with others outside your household.
• Attempt to circumvent device limits or billing controls.

Loungr is a media player. We do not endorse or provide any streaming service, and Loungr must not be used with illegal or pirated IPTV services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loungr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with any specific streaming service, or availability of any third-party content. Stream quality, availability, and reliability depend entirely on your streaming service and network connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loungr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of content access, service interruptions, or actions taken by your streaming service.

9. Content Liability

Loungr exercises no editorial control over content accessed through the software. All content is sourced directly from your streaming service's servers. Any claims related to content legality, licensing, or copyright are between you and your streaming service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
