1. What this policy covers

This policy describes what Loungr collects, why, and how it's used. It applies to the loungr.tv website, the Loungr account system, and the software running on devices linked to your account.

2. What we collect

To provide service, Loungr collects:

• Account information. Your email address, used for sign-in and billing notifications. We use email magic-link sign-in because we never see or store a password.
• Subscription information. Plan, status, and billing dates. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Device information. A unique machine identifier per paired device, software version, and last-seen timestamp. Used to deliver software updates and to enforce per-device subscription limits.
• Configuration you provide. The IPTV provider URLs you enter, your selected countries/languages, and other in-app settings. Stored encrypted at rest and synced only between your own devices.
• Operational logs. Anonymized error reports and basic request logs used to diagnose issues. Retained for 30 days.

We do not collect, store, or analyze the content of what you watch. Your viewing history stays on your devices.

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't track you across other websites. There are no third-party advertising or analytics scripts on loungr.tv.
• We don't profile your viewing for advertising or recommendations to other parties.

4. Third parties we work with

We use a small number of vendors to operate the service:

• Stripe (payments): receives your email and card details.
• Amazon Web Services (hosting): runs our servers and stores account data.
• Amazon SES (email): delivers sign-in codes and billing receipts.
• Sentry (error monitoring): receives anonymized error reports from our software.

5. Your rights

You can:

• Sign in and review or update your account information at any time.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or Stripe customer portal.
• Request deletion of your account by emailing support. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data within 30 days.

6. Children

Loungr is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
